Wave AI was a brand-new app entering the market. They needed to find winning ad concepts fast, test them at volume, and identify what worked so they could scale by hiring additional UGC creators to replicate the winning formulas.

I came on as a full-stack creator: I was the strategist, the on-camera talent, and the editor. Every week I delivered 3–5 new creatives, each rooted in competitive research across competitor apps and adjacent categories. I reverse-engineered what was working in the market and adapted those concepts for Wave AI's product and audience.

The Results:
Out of the volume tested, 2–3 videos emerged as clear winners and have been running continuously for over 12 months, outperforming every piece of creative produced after my engagement ended. Those concepts became the blueprint the team used to brief future creators at scale.
